Issue descriptionChrome Version:51.0.2704.47 (Official Build) 23ee1b3315bb84717e9a03a7f4a6dcc066823ee0-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#513} 32/64 bit OS:Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS) Pre-condition: 1. Enable ‘Material Design User Manager’ flag. 2.’Sign-in to chrome’ with valid credential. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and click on avatar icon 2. Select ’Switch person’ such that overlay get open and click on ‘Add person’ 3. Click on the check box for supervise user and then click on ‘Learn More’ link such that it navigate to user manager tutorial 4. Click on ‘Ok Got it’ button and observe the checkbox. Actual:Checkbox gets unchecked after navigating back from user manager tutorial. Expected: Checkbox should not get unchecked after navigating back from user manager tutorial. This is non-regression issue, seen from ’M51’ (51.0.2695.0) Note: 1. This is a newly added feature seen from build no-51.0.2695.0 @mahmadi-Please take a look.
