Report Issue menu not working in google crome

When i'm clicking on Help-->Report Issue 
i'm not able to see the report issue screen

What is the expected result?
i'm ale to see the report issue screen 

What happens instead?
NO window is display

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Thanks for the report.

Not able to reproduce the issue on Win7 using Chrome stable 50.0.2661.94, attached screen shot for reference.

Could you please let us know on which OS you are facing the issue, also please try with a new user profile.
