Regression: Unnecessary text on button changes in 'Application' section of dev tools.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 52.0.2733.0 Revision f6f63a8db446f2114984ca8e48c28097155bb0e3-refs/heads/master@{#393005}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window and navigate to 'Application' section. (2) Click on 'Clear Storage', then click on 'Clear Site data' button observe the button on text. After clicking on 'Clear Site data' button, unnecessary the button text gets changes to 'Clear Selected'. The text of 'Clear Site data' button should not change anymore.
