Issue descriptionVersion:52.0.2733.0 OS: Ubutnu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome -> Go to youtube.com (2)Drag the scroll bar to down and observe the page Expected: Unwanted black patches should not be seen on scrolling Actual: Instead unwanted patches are seen and content is distorted This is a regression issue broken in M52. Will provide bisect info in a while.

This is happening on many pages with long scrollable contents across all OS: 1. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/52.0.2730.0..52.0.2733.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 2. Google search result page. Merging this into similar bug logged earlier for further action there. |
