Zhuyin Chinese Input not works for Its full layout input status

Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Zhuyin layout /δΈ­ Input status 
2.Switch to Full layout
3.Touch any key in keyboard
 

ACTUAL RESULTS
 Only submit english 

Note:
1.It is ok in compact layout
2.It is ok if type physical keyboard
