using google play music instead of random website in powerload test incase the browser is chrome

Issue description

Currently we load music from random websites like bbc. Instead changing it to google play music. Currently google play music does not work on chromium browser. so if the browser is chromium we fall back to bbc. Otherwise when the browser is chrome we play from google music.

Playing music from google music if chrome.

Plays the music from google music if chrome. If chromium
plays it from bbc, since google music doesn't work on chrome.

BUG= chromium:611263 

TEST=tested the extension on chrome and chromium
