Bizarre rendering issues (random blocks of web page content drawn all over the place) in latest Canary

Project Member Reported by domenic@chromium.org, May 12 2016

Issue description

Version: 52.0.2733.0 canary (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10

Visit https://tc39.github.io/ecma262/

Resize window to about 1757 pixels

Press page down until you get to the corruption. (I've seen it kick in around sections 6 and 8. Maybe tables are a trigger?)

Reported on two separate Windows 10 computers at this point.

I can reproduce easily on a Mac Retina with Canary 52.0.2733.0, but not Dev 52.0.2729.3.

I think this is a case of underpainting. Xianzhu, is this a dup of issue 611046 ?

Indeed, 52.0.2734.0 canary, which I just upgraded to, no longer has the problem.
Marking as duplicate.
