Reported by samyssp...@gmail.com, May 11 2016

Issue description

Download Protection Bypass bug, please use the "Security - Download
Protection" template. For all other reports, please use a different
template.

Please see the following link for instructions on filing security bugs:

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
If you have more than one tab open, and attempt to bookmark one of your tabs and then quickly switch to another tab using touchscreen, Google Chrome gives a "Not Responding" message. At first, I thought that this vulnerability was a crash, but it did not show up in my crash logs despite automatic crash statistics being enabled.

VERSION
Chrome Version: [50.0.2661.102 m] + [stable]
Operating System: [Windows 10 Home, Version 1511, OS Build 10586.218]

Please include a demonstration of the security bug, such as an attached
HTML or binary file that reproduces the bug when loaded in Chrome. PLEASE
make the file as small as possible and remove any content not required to
demonstrate the bug.

FOR CRASHES, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Type of crash: [tab, browser, etc.]
Crash State: [see link above: stack trace, registers, exception record]

Thanks for the report. I don't see anything to suggest that this is a security issue, but it may very well be a bug. Removing security labels so that hopefully the right person can take a look at it.

See https://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/security-faq#TOC-Are-denial-of-service-issues-considered-security-bugs- for more information.
