Disk cache directory does not support multiple profiles |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2730.0 (Build from source) OS: Windows 8.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Create multiple Chrome profiles. (2) Launch chrome with --disk-cache-dir flag. (3) Switch to a different profile. (4) Open random web page. What is the expected output? New cache files are created under $DiskCacheDir\Cache\ directory and also shown in the page: chrome://cache (expected.png) What do you see instead? No cache files are created and chrome://cache shows 'no disk cache' Same thing happened when the directory path is overridden by group policy.

Indeed. Looks like the cache dir option was added a super long time ago ( issue 6688 ).
