Support iPad pro split screen |

Issue descriptionSome users are complaining that Chromoting "doesn't work" on iPad pro. Testing it internally, it seems to work correctly, but doesn't integrate with the iPad pro's split screen feature. There would be some utility for users who want to multi-task with Chromoting, so we should explore what it would take to support.

dahlke@ is this still relevant? If yes, I don't think this is related to the Chrome iOS App, should we remove the iOS checkbox?

It's still relevant on iOS, but to Chrome Remote Desktop but not to Chrome. The component is set to Services>Chromoting to indicate this.
