Improve bluetooth mouse and keyboard support for IOS

Project Member Reported by dah...@chromium.org, May 11 2016

Issue description

A number of users are complaining that commands from external mice and keyboard (right-click, F-keys, command, control, etc. are not being remoted through. We should have parity with the web app with keyboard support.

dahlke@ is this still relevant? If yes, I don't think this is related to the Chrome iOS App, should we remove the iOS checkbox?
It's still relevant on iOS, but to Chrome Remote Desktop but not to Chrome. The component is set to Services>Chromoting to indicate this.
