chrome.app.window.current error handling

Reported by danielhe...@gmail.com, May 11 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Inspect an app background page
2. Execute:
try {
 chrome.app.window.current()
} catch(error) { }

What is the expected behavior?
No errors appear in the console because they were handled by the catch block.

What went wrong?
The catch block is ignored and the error is printed to the console.
