I can't find anything in that range that could cause a large increase in size.
Is it correct that the increase is about 700 kB?

I have asked the complete WebRTC team to take a look at the latest changes and update this issue if they find anything suspicious.

I tested compiling Linux release ToT with and without the WebRTC roll, the size actually decreased (200 bytes) by the WebRTC roll, so I don't think that's the cause.

There's no patch that looks at all plausible then, and this appears to have recovered.
