Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install Chrome on Windows Server 2008 2. Launch Chrome 3. Message "This computer will soon stop receiving Google Chrome updates because Windows XP and Windows Vista will no longer be supported" What is the expected behavior? I would expect Chrome to update What went wrong? It appears that "Windows Server 2008" is being incorrectly identified as "Vista" and prompting this message. Windows Server 2008 is still in support by Microsoft until 2020 Did this work before? Yes v49 Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94 Channel: stable OS Version: Server 2008 x64 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Thats a shame, as the following google article infers that support for chrome has been dropped for XP/Vista due to Microsoft doing the same https://chrome.googleblog.com/2015/11/updates-to-chrome-platform-support.html However Microsoft are supporting Vista until 2017 and 'Server 2008' until 2020 https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/lifecycle/search?sort=PN&alpha=Windows%20Server%202008&Filter=FilterNO |
