Chrome Canary rendering issues with devicePixelRatio > 1

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2724.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
(Preferred) Load iframe.html content from linked gist in iPhone 6 layout (Dev Tools -> Mobile)
-OR-
(2nd method) load index.html to wrap iframe.html in same dimension frame and display on a monitor with devicePixelRatio = 2 (some multi monitor setups)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Some elements are not rendered as expected and/or partially rendered (clipped). See attached screenshots for comparison; notice 1. the switch buttons are missing 2. some text is cropped 3. "On" text is missing.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2724.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

The provided gist sample is a stripped down static version of our SPA using JQM.

This issue only occurs with canary, rendering is correct with stable channel version.

This seems to be working fine on the latest canary(52.0.2734.0) on Mac book Retina OS version: 10.10.5.

Could you please recheck and confirm.
