Issue descriptionChrome Version: 52.0.2730.0 (Official Build) 3a85b1c8884d4a28f86a69df86183b51018b8245-refs/heads/master@{#392504} 64 bit. OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(ubuntu 14.04 LTS). Precondition: Sign in to chrome and add a Supervised User. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to ‘chrome://settings', in ‘People’ section click on ‘Add person’ button. 2) Resize the browser window and observe the ‘Import an existing supervised user’ link. Actual: ‘Import an existing supervised user’ link is misplaced while resizing browser window (i.e. Link gets overlap on profile icon) Expected: Link should not get misplaced while resizing the browser window.
