Kernel 4.4 changes should be tested by the pre-cq

The last CQ run failed:

x86-generic-paladin: The BuildPackages stage failed: Packages failed in ./build_packages: sys-kernel/chromeos-kernel-4_4
arm-generic-paladin: The BuildPackages stage failed: Packages failed in ./build_packages: sys-kernel/chromeos-kernel-4_4

This could have been caught earlier if these changes got actually tested on kernel 4.4 by the pre-cq.

e.g. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/#/c/343567/1 only got "tested" on other platforms that do not use kernel 4.4.
