Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. navigator.geolocation.watchPosition 2. enableHighAccuracy -> true What is the expected behavior? Search for the best accurate location from GPS ( if enabled ), not all times but should work. What went wrong? Can't use "Location Activity" service on windows 8.1 Did this work before? No Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 8.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 On an android device it's work fine.

My understanding is that navigator.geolocation.watchPosition still works, it just doesn't use the Windows specific GPS hardware. On what percentage of desktop/laptop devices is that hardware actually available? It seems this is an edge case optimization that we will not prioritize.

Thank for your reply, It's a Broadcom BCM47511 GPS ship, and it's seem to be used by Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Sumsung, in Tablet/Phone devices, but i didn't found an exact percentage of use.
