2. Bookmark folders do not show up

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 23, KDE
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I notice similar, although apparently resolved issues with the bookmark bar syncing.  Running the latest stable of Chrome on Fedora 23 shows the problem.  This works on all other OS versions for me (OSX and Windows).
