Google maps takes long time to load

Issue description

Version: 8302.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel kip
Version 52.0.2727.0 dev (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome and navigate to maps.google.com
(2) Verify

What is the expected output?
\Maps should load correctly.

What do you see instead?
Page unresponsive dialog is showing asking us to wait or kill.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This issue happens on Paine device too.
Workaround --> Had to close the tab/window and navigate to maps.google.com again. Then it loads.
Could you attach net-internals log? thanks.
