Google maps takes long time to load |

Issue descriptionVersion: 8302.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel kip Version 52.0.2727.0 dev (64-bit) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome and navigate to maps.google.com (2) Verify What is the expected output? \Maps should load correctly. What do you see instead? Page unresponsive dialog is showing asking us to wait or kill. Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Workaround --> Had to close the tab/window and navigate to maps.google.com again. Then it loads.

If this is still happening, please follow the instructions here to collect net-internals https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details (That being said, this bug is 2 years old so I suspect things have changed)
