Update Mus+ash app list bounds and position when virtual keyboard is shown or hidden.

KeyboardController is in the chrome process, as is AppListPresenterDelegateMus, so I think we can have AppListPresenterDelegateMus use KeyboardController directly pretty much duplicating the code in AppListPresenterDelegate. When keyboard is moved into a separate process (likely not in Tadpole timeframe), we'll have to switch it over to use mojo instead.
