Need to report iOS and Android metrics in Chromoting health dashboard

Currently the data is filtered only to the web app id, which is a significant hole in our understanding of our health and usage metrics. We need to add all the Android and iOS data, so that we have no gaps.

To clarify this bug is regarding the existing go/chromoting-stats dashboard. There is a new dashboard that Kelvin is creating from a different log source that should automatically show data from these clients when bugs  610865  and  610866  are complete.

We are now logging iOS session data for the new iOS app. ETA ~Q3 2017
