Host OS event reporting bad or no data for It2Me

IT2Me does not report any host_os events and 79% of Me2Me events report as NULL. These data make it very difficult to understand what platforms our users are trying to remotely support.

The correct number for Me2Me events reporting as Null is 69%, not 79%.

We should add host OS, OS version and host version to the IT2Me registration protocol and report these in the client.
