Security: Can't use omnibox in new tab on fullscreen mode

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
I realised that, when i open a new tab, in fullscreen mode, i can't search using that textbox in the middle of screen. Even if i force the cursor to focus inside this textbox nothing happens. To fix it, you must press F11 to ESC fullscreen mode, thus you be able to search again.

This does sound like a bug, and I have been able to reproduce it. That said, this certainly doesn't sound like a security issue. Flipping some labels around so that hopefully the right people can take a look.
