RTL contenteditable wrapped newline selection highlights paint incorrectly.

See attached test case and screenshot. Selection is visually wrong on initial load, and then differently visually wrong after deselecting and reselecting all. Screenshots from Linux but expect similar behavior on all platforms.

Found while working on http://crrev.com/1955423004 as already broken on ToT. Have not yet bisected but expect it has been this way for some time, perhaps even pre-selection-gap-removal.

The test case is a modified version of editing/execCommand/4916541.html
