Get rid of InputMethodManagerWrapper logging

These two in particular happen way too frequently to be worth the the cost to everyone else:

05-10 11:41:19.040  7113  7113 D cr_Ime  : [InputMethodManagerWrapper.java:59] isActive: true
05-10 11:41:19.041  7113  7113 D cr_Ime  : [InputMethodManagerWrapper.java:68] hideSoftInputFromWindow

Also there are 3 IME components and I don't know which one is right..
