Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/5j8496hc/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. in reported URL (https://jsfiddle.net/5j8496hc/) Toggle the transform animation by pushing the button 2. See that the red bar overflows during the transition. 3. Notice it will snap at its proper look at the very end. What is the expected behavior? Red bar should stay contained at all times What went wrong? It seems that with transforms, the border-radius on the overflow: hidden parent is not respected during the animation. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.11.4 using chrome latest stable -50.0.2661.94 and latest canary M52-52.0.2730.0. Moreover tested this issue on chrome earlier version of chrome M37-37.0.2042.0 and M40-40.0.2172.0, Observed same behavior on those as well. Since this is a non-regression issue marking it as untriaged. Thanks!
