UI Metrics for CM API launch on Clank

Issue description

Please collect following UI metrics for the CM API launch: 
- Auto sign-in first run: How many clicks on “Ok, got it”, “Turn off”, back button (=no decision)?
- Account chooser: How many clicks on an account and on “Cancel”?
