Save prompt should always say "this site" and never URL on Clank

Save prompt showing the site's URL was seen on Chrome for Android (screenshot attached). 

We should never show the URL, but always just "this site".

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
 Bug 435152  tracked implementing showing the URL instead of "this site", and it was on purpose (in context of aliexpress.com, alibaba.com is not "this site"). This should be so on all platforms. Please reopen if I misunderstood.
