Issue descriptionChrome version : 52.0.2730.0 (Official Build) 3a85b1c8884d4a28f86a69df86183b51018b8245-refs/heads/master@{#392504} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7, 8, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window (2) Navigate to Security section and observe color of highlight on 'Overview'. Grey color of highlight on 'Overview' is seen after navigate to 'Security' section. Blue color of highlight on 'Overview' should seen after navigate to 'Security' section.
