Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2730.0 3a85b1c8884d4a28f86a69df86183b51018b8245-refs/heads/master@{#392504} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome open NTP and go to devtools. 2) Now press 'Esc' key from keyboard to open console bar and click on iron icon and select 'search' option 3) Now type any text in search field and press 'Enter' key then 'No match found' message is displayed 4) Now resize the search window such as vertical scroll bar is displayed and try to scroll the window,observe Actual : Vertical scroll bar doesn't work Expected : Vertical scroll bar should work This is a regression issue broken in 'M-51' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info: Good build : 51.0.2670.0 Bad build : 51.0.2671.0 Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/6128ed93accb47834f7e699ea98e0907c10a7153..dff48ce2ab293d4f1db86e6f15a6a06f7a01699e?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting : r379626 from Narrow bisect @alph : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this change.
