Regression: Unnecessary white patch is seen at bottom of page on existing fullscreen.

Issue description

Chrome Version:52.0.2730.0 (Official Build)3a85b1c8884d4a28f86a69df86183b51018b8245-refs/heads/master@{#392504} 64 bit 
OS: Mac(10.11.4), Retina(10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,navigate to http://cb.vu/unixtoolbox.pdf 
(2) Click on fullscreen icon from wrench menu, then exist fullscreen and observe at bottom of page.

Unnecessary white patch is seen at bottom of page while existing fullscreen mode.

Existing fullscreen should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-52', will soon update the other info:
