Regression: Blink of white line is seen at border of print preview on clicking.

Chrome Version:52.0.2730.0 (Official Build)3a85b1c8884d4a28f86a69df86183b51018b8245-refs/heads/master@{#392504} 64 bit
OS: Mac Retina (10.11.4), Mac Pro (10.10.4) (10.11.4)

Pre-condition: Destination should be ‘Save as Pdf’

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/
2. Press ‘Cmd+P’ and then click outside the print preview over the page ,observe.

Actual:Blink of white line is seen at border of print preview on clicking.
Expected:Blink of line should not be seen.

This is regression issue,broken in ‘M 52’ and will soon update the bisect info

Good build:52.0.2729.0
Bad build:52.0.2730.0

Note: Above is not reproducible on Windows and Linux OS.

This has the same root cause as  issue 610596 , merging.

The print preview part of this may not quite be resolved -- it's very timing-dependent.
