Incorrect viewport size when window maximized during basic auth prompt

Reported by gubes...@gmail.com, May 10 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 50.0.2661.94 (Official Build) m (32-bit)
OS : Windows 7 64-bit
URLs (if applicable) : Any page that requests Basic authentication

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open browser
- Restore window and make smaller than full size of screen
- Navigate to a URL that serves a page protected by Basic Authentication (screenshot 1)
- Once the credentials prompt dialog appears, maximize the window
- Enter the required credentials or cancel the dialog
- You will see that the page gets the old window size instead of the maximized size and a dark grey area is rendered outside of that (screenshot 2)

What is the expected result?
- The correct size should be reported to the webapp and the page should be rendered to the entire browser window.

What happens instead?
- See above.
