Building Chrome with older Clang can produce tons of warnings |

Issue descriptionWhile rolling to a newer version of LLVM, we are seeing a ton of warnings like this: warning: unknown warning option '-Wno-undefined-var-template'; did you mean '-Wno-undefined-internal'? [-Wunknown-warning-option] chromeos-chrome-52.0.2727.0_rc-r1: 1 warning generated. We should disable this warning. We will often have out of sync compilers between Chrome and ChromeOS.
