Material Design Mac: EV chip has fuzzy borders and incorrect padding |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2729.0 OS: 10.11.4 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Cocoa/Reference/ApplicationKit/Classes/NSWindow_Class/ (2) Look at EV SSL origin chip (3) See fuzzy left and right borders around the green bubble. Too much padding between "[US]" and the right edge of the decoration. Uneven padding between the left edge of the decoration and top/bottom of it. What is the expected output? Cleaner borders, even padding. What do you see instead? Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
