Regression:Outline of header appears to be distorted after zoom in on "autozone.com"

Issue description

Version:52.0.2729.0 Revision 7651f94989178a20a2d74d17142493ee67e73892-refs/heads/master@{#392278}(32/64 bit)
OS:Windows (7, 8, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.autozone.com/
(2)Zoom in the page to 125% and observe the Outline of header.

Actual:Outline of header appears to be distorted after zoom in.

Expected:Outline of header should not appear to be distorted after zoom in.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51,below is the Narrow bisect info:

@adharap: Hey, can you please check the above issue on other browser too ?

I am seeing similar kind of distorting on other Browser too when zoomed, checked on FF 45 and IE, indicating that this is a site issue.

Attach is the FF screen-shot for the same.

Rechecked the issue and it is reproducible on other Browsers like IE and Firefox too.

@adharap: Thanks for the update, based on the same closing the issue, plausibly this is a website specific issue and not chrome issue.

However, feel free to re-open if someone thinks otherwise.
