Regression : Unnecessary navigation of link is seen on click middle mouse button in ‘chrome://interstitials/safebrowsing?type=malware'

Chrome Version:52.0.2728.0 (Official Build)Revision 91351e6f2237ce96a9f1ea9b67e01651311029a7-refs/heads/master@{#392266} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4),Linux (ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://interstitials/safebrowsing?type=malware
2. Click on ‘Detail’ and then click on any link below it ( detected malware, visit this unsafe site),using middle mouse button.
3. Observe.

Actual: Unnecessary navigation of link is seen on click middle mouse button (same page gets opens).
Expected: Same page should not get open after step 2.

This is regression issue,broken in ‘M 52’ and below is narrow bisect:
