OS :  Windows (7, 8, 10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, go to 'chrome://settings' and click on 'Show advanced settings'.
2. Click on 'Restore Down' button and resize the browser. (Please refer an attachment)
3. Scroll down the page such that 'Page zoom' drop down list appear at the bottom.
4. Now open 'Page zoom' drop down list and Right click on it, observe. 

Actual : 'Page zoom' drop down list does not close after performing right click on it.
Expected : 'Page zoom' drop down list should get closed after performing right click on it.

This is a non regression issue,seen from M-30 build version(30.0.1549.0)

Note : This is Windows OS specific issue and not seen on Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
