Regression: Sensors accelerometer values are not set to default upon clicking on reset button in dev tools.

Issue description

Version: 52.0.2729.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome, open NTP and hit F12 key to open dev tools.
2.Press Esc key, click on 'More tools' icon and select 'Sensors' option.
3. Click on 'Accelerometer' drop down list, select 'Landscape left' option,click on 'Reset' button and observe.

Expected: Accelerometer values should get reset to 0 

Actual: Instead values are not reset.

This is a regression issue broken in M52

Could reproduce this on the latest canary(52..2729.0) on Mac OS 10.11.4 as well.

Thanks for finding this.  It is actually an intended for 'reset' to now return the phone to a default upright position: [0, 90, 0].
