GetFramebufferAttachmentParameteriv(READ_FRAMEBUFFER) works incorrectly on MacOSX

On MacOSX, if a different framebuffer is attached to READ_FRAMEBUFFER from DRAW_FRAMEBUFFER, GetFramebufferAttachmentParameteriv(READ_FRAMEBUFFER) incorrectly returns the states from DRAW_FRAMEBUFFER.
