fills up all available RAM when viewing large picture files on wikipedia

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Daedongyeojido-full.jpg
2. click on the image

What is the expected behavior?
to open the file without filling all the RAM 

What went wrong?
chromium immediately fills all the available RAM after clicking on a large image file on wikipedia.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: beta
OS Version: Debian (stretch)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

I was unable to observe any spike  while opening the above URL on Linux Ubuntu 14.04, chrome version: 50.0.2661.94.

If reproducible, this probably could be related to Debian. Looping MTV@ team to check on the same if Debian is available there.
