Add close window confirmation

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click the close button on the upper right corner.

What is the expected behavior?
Pop-up window to confirm whether I really want to close.

What went wrong?
Close the window directly.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I have more than once are not careful to close button and turn off the whole browser.
Therefore also lost some of the information.
Please add close window confirmation.
At least in chrome://flags in the switch offers

On the Internet there are a lot of people have the same needs.
 
This feature request has been submitted before and has been rejected by the Chromium team.

Can you give a link?

Why refuse?
The applicable issue is  issue 147 . Personally I do not agree with the reasoning for the feature request being refused.
