Print -> Save as PDF, content different from webpage

Reported by legendm...@gmail.com, May 7 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Slumber-1-8-Mattress-In-a-Box-Multiple-Sizes/14225185?u1=0643c3c0141d11e68278e6955ee3cb7e0INT&oid=289955.1&wmlspartner=lw9MynSeamY&sourceid=41405558371510865677&affillinktype=10&veh=aff

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the URL
2. Print, Destination save as PDF
3.

What is the expected behavior?
preview as page rendered in browser

What went wrong?
preview very different from what is actually rendered in browser

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94 Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I think this is related to paper size. If the paper size is not wide enough, print to PDF will be nothing like the rendered page, even after reducing tab width to match the paper size.

imo print to PDF is more often used for archiving purpose tho it should keep the page as it is rendered. And adding one option to ignore paper size (make paper size fit to the current webpage).

Sounds like this works as intended -- the page has considerable amount of CSS media queries that change the looks based on the minimum media width. Try narrowing the browser window or using DevTools' emulation, the looks get close to the printed one.
Why not add an option to preserve the page as is?
