Issue descriptionVersion: <50.0.2661.77> OS: <iOS> What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to twitter.com or angular.com or msn.com (2) Once on the site scroll through the page (3) The scroll back to the top and then pull the page down to refresh and then scroll through the page again What is the expected output? Page is not hidden behind tool bar What do you see instead? Page goes under the search bar and a snippet of the page will be seem at the top Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
