<webview>: Non-oopif view input broken with --site-per-process

Webview input is broken when running with either of --site-per-process or --isolate-extensions.

 issue 600395  addresses input in oopif-webview.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)

Ended up fixed as a side effect.
