Webrtc DataChannel broken in Canary

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 52.0.2726.0 canary (Mac)
URLs (if applicable) : https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/datachannel/basic/
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: N/A
    Firefox: OK
         IE: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Press Start button
(2) Send button never becomes enabled
(3)

What is the expected result?
Send button becomes enabled

What happens instead?
Webrtc DataChannel is broken. ondatachannel event never fired.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.4 using chrome version 52.0.2730.0.Able to see the send button is enabled after clicking on start button.please find the attached screen cast for the same.

Request you please try the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable and update the thread if the issue still persists.

[triage] Yes, if you're serving the page off http:// rather than https://, you need flags to get past secure origin checks. I don't remember what the special cases are for localhost.

Interpreting #1 as this is a WontFix, feel free to reopen if there's still an issue.
