OS: Windows(7,8,10),Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to https://www.joinhoney.com/insider/stores
(2) Click in Search field and observe the cursor in search field.

Cursor is seen chopped.

Cursor should seen properly.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-50' and below is the manual regression and will soon update other info.
Good build : 49.0.2623.0
Bad build : 50.0.2625.0
