Non-Regression : Alert Message is not disappeared if Supervised User Profile Name is edited |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2726.0 OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04, Windows Precondition: 1.Enable 'Material Design User Manager' flag from 'chrome://flags' 2. 2.Create one supervised User say "Person 1" What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome -> Sign into Profile-> click on avatar icon (2)Now click on 'Switch person' option for User Manager window-> Select 'ADD PERSON'-> Now Check the 'Supervise this person...' checkbox ->Select account (3)Create supervised user with the same Name(Person 1) ->click on "SAVE" Button -> Now Alert Message is displayed -> Now edit the Profile name and observe Alert Message(Please refer "Actual_Message" Video) Expected: Alert Message should get disappeared if Supervised User Profile Name is edited Actual: Instead Alert Message is not disappeared This is Non-Regression Issue seen as Alert Messages are introduced from 51.0.2704.0 Note: 1.In Chrome://Settings page we can see Alert Message is disappeared after editing the Profile name(Please refer "Expected_Message" video) Below is the MANUAL CHANGELOG URL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/51.0.2702.0..51.0.2704.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting https://codereview.chromium.org/1826903002 from Manual Changelog @mahmadi : Please feel free to re-assign if its not related to your change

note: the error message is expected to disappear only on clicking the "Save" again (which doesn't seem to be working here). ewald@ could you please confirm?
