Regression:Page doesn't navigate to previous page after pressing Backspace Key.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2726.0 (Official Build)58a611fea9de21de789f594b0e95c5147d74b519-refs/heads/master@{#391959} 32/64-bit.
OS:Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and Open NTP,navigate to any URL
(2)Press Backspace Key,Observe.

Actual:Page doesn't navigate to previous page after pressing Backspace Key.

Expected:Page should navigate to previous page after pressing Backspace Key. 

This is a regression issue broken in 'M52' and will soon update other info.

As per r390283 from above Cl this seems to be intended change, hence closing the bug.
